Your child is invited to join us for a complimentary skating class, no obligation. Thereafter:
INDIVIDUAL CLASSES
$12 per skater
Includes:
- Group class with USARS Certified Coaches
- Quad Roller Skating Rental Included
- FREE admission to skating session immediately following each class
SUPER SKATER SPECIAL BUNDLE
$60 per skater
Includes:
- Six (6) group classes with USARS Certified Coaches
- Classes do not expire and can be used at any time
- Quad Roller Skating Rental Included
- FREE admission to skating session immediately following each class
CLASSES ARE CASH ONLY
Registration is not required, but it is nice to know you are coming! Registering online will speed up the process and allow your skater to get on the floor faster.
Roller skating is not just for the young, but the young at heart! Both children and adults reap numerous benefits that skating has on the body, mind and spirit. Not only does roller skating promote fitness, it also provides a healthy social environment that will create special memories with friends and family, on and off the rink floor.
Whether you wish to learn recreational roller skating skills, or experience the thrill of freestyle roller skating, Florida Skating Academy looks forward to providing world-class instruction to skaters of all ages.
Arrive Early
Please keep in mind that it’s best to arrive a bit early for your skater’s class! If they’re a first time skater, be sure to arrive about 30 minutes early so they can acclimate themselves, check in at the skate room and get their rental skates (if necessary).
Lace ’em up
It is very important that their skates fit properly, and that they’re laced up correctly. If you’ve never done it before, feel free to a coach or staff member to show you how to lace up properly! For comfort, make sure your skater is wearing socks or stockings that go above the ankle.
Cheer Them On!
There are going to be falls. Your skater may become frustrated at first. The most important thing is to support, encourage, and that it is part of the process! Because once they break through, the sky is the limit!
